The million dollar question! We would be delighted to visit your home, have a look around, a quick chat and give you our opinion on the value of your home. Our initial visit is very relaxed, you don’t need to have things picture perfect for us and this is also a great opportunity for us to discuss ways you can maximise the value of your home.
We don’t charge a penny for a valuation, and there’s never any obligation either! We’re committed to being a ‘no pressure’ company too, meaning you can have us in your home without worrying we’ll be relentlessly pestering you afterwards.
This will change on a case by case basis and there is a fine line to tread between preparing your property effectively for market and over-spending on something your purchaser may immediately change. We’re always happy to give you our thoughts on where the line is and we can even revisit your property shortly before your photographs for a pre-marketing consultation.
