If at any time you, or anyone in your household are showing symptoms, test positive for COVID-19 or have been asked to self-isolate please inform us at your earliest convenience to allow us to rearrange your viewing.
It is the government’s advice that a property is only viewed by buyers who are seriously considering making an offer and as such please take time to view our 360 tour (if you have been provided with one), and make sure the location and the accommodation within the property meet your needs/criteria. Where possible, you should also drive past the property in advance to asses the neighbourhood and building to ensure it’s in line with your expectations.
Here’s how we plan to look after you and the homeowners :
Viewing Procedure

You will be given a specific time slot for your viewing. We are normally flexible and understand it’s easy to be running late however in the current climate it is imperative you attend your appointment on time and vacate the property at the given time to allow safe social distancing practice between you and any other viewers. If you are running late, please do not attend the property and contact us to rearrange your viewing.

The homeowners may wait outside their property while you view or may wait inside but maintain social distancing. Please respect this and stay as far away from them as possible. When they open the front door, allow them to step back before entering.

You may wish to wear a face covering and use antibacterial gel.

Please do not touch ANY surface inside the home, we have asked homeowners that where possible doors are wedged open.

Only key decision-makers should attend the viewing. If there are more than 2 people attending any viewing please let us know and we may ask you to arrange separate appointments. If the decision-makers are coming from separate households you must arrange separate appointments.

Normally you would be provided with a guided tour of the property however this won’t be possible during this time and you will have to show yourself around. The homeowner will still be delighted to answer any questions at the start or end of your viewing while practising safe social distancing.
